We both think the way Buford's ears have developed make him look like a hammerhead shark. He's doing great. 10 months old, still very puppy, about 80 lbs., very happy.

That's so cute! Rocco sometimes makes his ears look like that, too. Sometimes, he gets them flat against his head.
Actually he gets his ears flat against the back of his head and kind of lowers his head while his tail wags like crazy when I get home. That's his greeting to me. And he'll walk around my legs for a couple circles.
I wonder if the ears down, head down is the dog's way of showing respect for dominance.
